Shake well before use. Place desired amount of tincture (oil) under your tongue and try to hold for 30-90 seconds before swallowing.
For maximum benefit of our tinctures, use daily. Approx 5.5mg per dropper.
Dosing: Each body processes CBD differently. Start with 4 to 6 mg under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing for 4-5 days. Evaluate after this time to see if you are getting desired relief. If you are, this is your dosing. If not, add 1-2 more mg for 4-6 days. Repeat until you find your desired dosing. Always consult your doctor before starting any dietary supplement.
